Description
A bottom-rail seal brush for roller shutter doors that blocks draughts, dust and pests at the floor gap. It pairs 70 mm PA66 nylon bristles with a 30 mm wide aluminium holder in 3 m lengths. Bristle diameter, trim length from 15 to 110 mm and H, T, Y or F holder profiles are selected to suit the door.
Roller shutters drop onto the floor rather than sliding over it, so the brush works by filling the gap left by an uneven slab or a worn bottom rail. Choose the trim length so the bristles just compress when the door is closed. The holder profile list matters if you are fitting into an existing bottom bar: compare its slot width and depth against the H, F, T and Y profiles before ordering.
For a quote, send the door width (or cut list), the gap to be sealed, preferred bristle diameter from 0.2 to 0.5 mm, and the holder model if you already know it. If the door is in a dusty plant or exposed to rodents, say so, and we can advise whether a stiffer or denser fill makes sense.
