Description
A heavy-duty metal-channel door bottom brush built from black nylon crimped into galvanized steel channel. Channel sizes run from 3# to 10#, and the strip can also be produced in SUS304 stainless or 6063-T5 aluminium channel with a wide choice of filaments, including flame-retardant and anti-static grades. Lengths up to 3 m and overall heights from 5 to 175 mm are made to order, with H, F, T or Y aluminium holders available.
This is the classic build for doors that move a lot: automatic sliding doors, revolving doors and industrial roll-ups. The channel number sets the stiffness of the back and the holder it fits, so if you are replacing an existing brush, match the channel width and height first and then the bristle projection. Galvanized channel is the economical default; choose stainless where washdown or outdoor corrosion is an issue.
To quote, send channel size (or width and height), overall brush height, total length or cut list, filament material and diameter, and colour. Mention any requirement for flame-retardant or anti-static filament and which aluminium holder shape (H, F, T or Y) you want supplied with the strip.
