Description
The Pile Weatherstrip Brush is a nylon-pile sealing strip with a fin base, used to seal windows and sliding doors. The pile fills the gap in the frame channel to block draughts, dust, and insects while letting the sash slide smoothly, and the fin keys it into the profile groove. It is available in pile heights of 8.7, 16, and 19 mm to suit different gap sizes. Made to order at our Yuantan factory cluster, the pile height, backing width, fin type, and length can be specified for your window or door profile.
Fin-base pile weatherstrip slides into the standard channel used on most window and sliding-door frames, with nylon pile sealing against draughts while still allowing smooth sliding operation — unlike a solid rubber gasket, brush pile doesn't bind or wear out from friction in a sliding track. Stocked in 8.7, 16 and 19mm pile heights to match common frame channel depths.
Pile height should match your existing channel depth — measure your current weatherstrip or the channel gap, and we'll confirm which of the three stocked heights fits, or build a custom height if none of the three match.
