Description
A long-trim strip brush for closing the wide, uneven gaps found at garage, barn and sliding door edges. PA66 nylon filament is set in a 25 mm wide F-profile aluminium carrier, so the brush screws flat onto the door leaf while the 100 mm bristles bridge irregular floors and frames. Lengths from 1 to 3 m, black or white filament, other trim lengths and H or T carriers are produced to order.
Garage and barn doors rarely meet a perfectly flat floor, which is why a long trim length matters more than bristle density here. Measure the largest gap the door has to close and allow the bristles to touch the surface with light pressure; too much interference makes them splay permanently. The F carrier mounts with screws through its flat flange, while 90° or 45° angled carriers suit jambs and headers where the brush must reach around a frame.
When requesting a quote, give the door width or the individual piece lengths, the gap you need to close, the preferred carrier shape and angle, and filament colour. If the door sees outdoor sun and frost, mention it so we can confirm the nylon grade; the stated working range runs from -40 °C to above 100 °C.
