Description
A flexible strip brush with black nylon bristles fixed in a soft plastic backing, supplied on rolls or cut to length. Because the base bends, it follows curves and irregular slots that a rigid metal channel cannot. Hair length runs from 10 to 40 mm and base size from 3 to 8 mm, and nylon, PP, natural hair or fibre fills can be specified.
Flexible-base strips are chosen when the brush has to bend: curved machine guards, round hatches, cable openings or long runs where shipping rigid 3 m bars would be awkward. The base size determines which slot or aluminium profile the strip slides into, so match it to your track first and then pick hair length for the gap. Nylon resists wear well; PP is lighter and stands up to water and many chemicals.
For a quote, give the base size, hair length, fill material, total metres and whether you want rolls or pre-cut pieces. If you also need an aluminium profile to hold the strip, include its required shape and length so both parts can be supplied together.
