Description
A flexible seal strip with bristles tufted bundle by bundle into a TPV/TPE thermoplastic rubber profile that has a clip slot on its underside. It presses onto sheet-metal edges without screws, making it a fast fit for cable entries on cabinets, server-room raised floors and floor grinding machines. The rubber resists UV and ozone and the listed working range is -60 °C to 135 °C; sizes and fill are set per order.
The clip-on design is the main reason to choose this strip: it grips a sheet-metal edge, so retrofitting a cabinet cut-out or floor tile opening needs no drilling. Because the rubber profile bends, it follows rounded cut-outs as well as straight edges. Check the sheet thickness it must grip, since the clip slot is sized to a thickness range.
For a quote, send the sheet or panel thickness, the bristle height needed to close the opening, single or double-sided bristles, total length and colour preference. For data-centre projects, list the number and size of cut-outs so we can advise on cut lengths.
