Metal-Channel Strip Brush

Our Metal-Channel Strip Brush folds nylon, PP, PE, or steel filament into a galvanized, stainless, or aluminium channel base, built as a continuous, cuttable-to-length strip rather than a round brush — used for machine guarding, dust sealing around moving parts, and as a guide brush that directs material through an opening without jamming or scratching it. It's available with backing widths from 3 to 10 mm and filament heights from 5 to 180 mm, a wide enough range to cover everything from a tight dust seal to a substantial physical guide barrier. Channel material, filament type, and trim length are the three choices that matter most for a given application. Built to order at our Yuantan factory cluster, cut to your exact length and configured to your machine opening or guarding specification.

Frequently asked questions

Can metal-channel strip brushes be bent or formed into rings?
Yes. A metal channel can be formed to a radius, ring or spiral without the backing cracking, which is the main reason to choose it over a rigid plastic-backed strip.
Which filament should I use?
Nylon for durable general-purpose sealing and guarding, PP or PE for chemical or moisture exposure, and steel wire for heat, static dissipation or heavy contact.
Do you supply cut lengths?
Yes — strips are made to order and supplied straight, cut to your lengths, or formed to shape.
