Description
An abrasive nylon disc brush on a plastic base with a 6 mm steel stem, listed at 120×50 mm. The stem lets it run in drills, die grinders and CNC machining centres for deburring flat auto parts, face-milled castings and forgings, and for rust and scale removal. Custom sizes and filaments are made to order, and small orders are accepted.
A stem-mounted disc brush is the simplest way to bring disc-style face deburring to a hand tool or a machining centre collet, with no adapter needed. Check that your chuck or collet accepts a 6 mm shank and that the tool's speed suits a brush of this diameter. Coarser grits suit castings and forgings; finer grits suit visible machined faces.
For a custom version, send the brush diameter (D), bore or stem size (B) and filament trim or height (T), along with the filament material and grit. Let us know the tool you will use (drill, die grinder or CNC spindle) and the part material so we can recommend fill and grit.
