Description
A compact 50 mm disc brush with white crimped ceramic-grain abrasive nylon, 120 grit, in a heavy-duty fill with 32 mm trim. It is used after milling to deburr, round edges and finish sealing and mating faces on CNC machining centres or robot cells, ideally with coolant. Similar brushes in other sizes are made to order.
Ceramic grain cuts faster and lasts longer than standard aluminium oxide, which suits automated cells where tool changes cost time. Small-diameter disc brushes like this one reach face edges and pockets on smaller parts. Running wet with cutting fluid keeps the filament cool and extends life. Keep spindle speed within the stated maximum, since abrasive nylon softens and smears if it overheats.
