Description
A disc brush with silicon carbide abrasive filament at 180 grit, set in a blue injection-moulded plastic base; listed size 150×60 mm. It is used for workpiece polishing in woodworking, electronics, food processing, textile and sanitation equipment. Custom sizes are available on request.
A finer 180 grit gives a smoother result than coarse deburring grades, which makes this brush useful for light polishing, satin finishing and cleaning of surfaces rather than heavy burr removal. The moulded plastic base keeps weight down and resists moisture, so it suits machines that run with water or in washdown areas.
