Description
A cylindrical PP or nylon brush roller for fruit washing and conveying lines, tufted into a plastic base on a stainless steel shaft or supplied shaftless. Outer diameters from 60 mm up to 600 mm, bores from 5 mm and lengths from 5 mm to 2800 mm are made to order. Bristle colour is chosen to your requirement.
On washing lines, PP is the economical choice and sheds water quickly, while nylon recovers better and lasts longer under constant wet abrasion. Larger diameters give a gentler, rolling contact for soft fruit; smaller diameters packed closely give more scrubbing per metre of bed. A stainless shaft is recommended wherever the roller sits in the wash water.
Please send the machine model, outer diameter, length, shaft or bore size, and end fittings for each roller position, plus the bristle material and colour. Mention the produce being washed and whether brushes also convey the fruit. MOQ is listed by the factory as 50–100 pieces depending on the item; samples can be arranged.
