Description
The Nylon Conveyor Cylinder Cleaning Brush is a cylinder brush filled with Nylon PA6.6, or food-grade PA6.12, for cleaning conveyor belts and the objects they carry. Rotating against the belt or product, it sweeps away debris and residue as part of an in-line cleaning station. It is built with an outer diameter of 60 to 600 mm and filament from 0.003 to 0.060 in, in either staple-set or spiral-wound construction, while the core length is made to order. Manufactured at our Yuantan factory cluster, the filament material, density, and core length are configured to fit your conveyor width and cleaning duty.
