The Nylon Conveyor Cylinder Cleaning Brush is a cylinder brush filled with Nylon PA6.6, or food-grade PA6.12, for cleaning conveyor belts and the objects they carry. Rotating against the belt or product, it sweeps away debris and residue as part of an in-line cleaning station. It is built with an outer diameter of 60 to 600 mm and filament from 0.003 to 0.060 in, in either staple-set or spiral-wound construction, while the core length is made to order. Manufactured at our Yuantan factory cluster, the filament material, density, and core length are configured to fit your conveyor width and cleaning duty.

Built either staple-set or spiral-wound depending on diameter and duty, this cylinder brush mounts across a conveyor line to sweep loose debris off the belt surface or off the conveyed parts themselves. Outer diameter is made to order from 60 to 600mm and filament from 0.003 to 0.060 in, so the same construction covers everything from a light dust-wipe roller to a heavy-duty debris brush.

Spiral-wound winds filament continuously around the core for even, gap-free coverage and is typical on larger diameters; staple-set sets filament in rows and is common on smaller or lower-cost builds. Tell us your diameter and duty and we'll recommend one.

Can this be made food-grade?

Yes — PA6.12 nylon is available for food-contact lines, in the same diameter and filament range as the standard PA6.6 version.
