Conveyor Cleaning Brush

Conveyor cleaning brushes are cylinder brushes that rotate against a moving belt, or against the product it carries, to knock off residue and debris before it builds up. Our range includes a steel-shaft nylon roller for rigid mounting and drive, and a nylon cylinder brush available in standard PA6.6 or food-grade PA6.12 for lines that touch food or packaging directly, built with outer diameters from 60 to 600 mm and filament as fine as 0.003 in for delicate cleaning or as coarse as 0.060 in for heavier scrubbing. Core length is made to order rather than sold as one fixed size. Produced at our Yuantan factory cluster, filament material, density, and core length are configured to match your conveyor width and the duty it needs to handle.

Frequently asked questions

Staple-set or spiral-wound conveyor brush?
Spiral-wound winds filament continuously round the core for gap-free coverage and is typical on larger diameters; staple-set sets filament in rows and suits smaller or lower-cost builds.
Do you make food-grade conveyor brushes?
Yes — PA6.12 nylon is used for food-contact lines; PA6.6 is the standard for general industrial conveyors.
What do I need to send for a quote?
Belt width, the space available for the roller, shaft or mounting details, and what you are removing. Diameter (60–600 mm) and core length are built to order.
