Description
A replacement disc-type scrub brush made to fit Kärcher BD series floor scrubbers, including the BD 40, BD 45, BD 530, BD 90 and BD 140. The poly fill stands up to heavy daily use in commercial and industrial buildings. Brushes are made per machine model, so plate size and hub match your unit.
The BD range covers small walk-behind units through to larger machines, and the brush diameter and drive coupling differ between them, so order by exact model rather than by size alone. Poly bristle is the standard choice for routine scrubbing of tile, concrete and sealed floors; ask about stiffer or abrasive fills if you are cleaning heavily soiled workshop floors. Rotating brushes between machines of different sizes is a common cause of poor results, so keep each brush matched to its model.
Please send the machine model, the number of brushes the machine takes, and annual or per-order quantity. If your machine has been modified or uses a non-standard brush, include a photo of the hub and the outside diameter. We can pack brushes in sets per machine for distributors.
