Description
A soft roller brush with natural horsehair tufted into a plastic body, 180 mm in diameter and 130 mm long, which can be assembled onto a steel shaft. It is used for gentle cleaning, buffing, sweeping and polishing where synthetic filament is too harsh. Size, material and colour (natural, dark brown, light brown or black) are made to specification.
Horsehair is softer than most synthetic filaments, which is why it is chosen to buff and polish leather, wood and finished metal, and to dust delicate parts where nylon could leave marks. Pick the hair colour to match your product or to hide residue on the brush. Short rollers like this are often stacked on a common shaft to make up a longer working face.
To order, give us the outer diameter, brush length, bore or shaft details and how many units go on each shaft. Specify hair colour and whether you need light or dark grade. If you are matching an existing roller, a photo with a ruler and the old core dimensions are enough for us to start.
