Description
A dense cylinder brush packed with crimped nylon filament, 178 mm in outer diameter and 650 mm long, with 58 mm bristle length and a metal shaft for direct mounting. The wavy filament holds its shape and sweeps dust and loose burrs off boards, panels and profiles. Outer diameter can be made from 50 to 300 mm, with or without shaft, in PP, steel wire or mixed fills.
Crimped nylon behaves differently from straight filament: the wave gives each bristle more spring and lets a dense pack recover after contact, so the brush keeps cleaning evenly as it wears. That makes it a good fit for deburring and dust removal on aluminium profiles, panels and boards where wire would scratch. If you need more cutting action, ask about an abrasive nylon version on the same dimensions.
For pricing, send the outer diameter, overall and face length, bristle length you want, and the shaft diameter and end details, or simply the drawing of the roller you are replacing. Let us know the machine type and the material being brushed, plus whether colour matters for your line. Shaftless bodies for mounting on your own spindle are also possible.
