Description
A heavy-duty floor machine disc brush filled with abrasive grit nylon instead of plain polypropylene, for soil and mud that standard bristles leave behind. Filament comes in 46 or 60 grit, loaded with silicon carbide or aluminum oxide, and fill density is set to the cleaning intensity you need. Plate size and hub are made to suit your scrubber model.
Abrasive filament cuts much harder than polypropylene or plain nylon, so it belongs on bare or sealed concrete, workshop floors and badly soiled areas, not on residential wood or ceramic tile, which it can scratch. The coarser 46 grit removes more; 60 grit is a step finer. Silicon carbide is the sharper grain, while aluminum oxide is often preferred for a more even, less aggressive action.
To quote, we need the scrubber brand and model, brush diameter, the hub or clutch type, and your choice of grit and grain. If you are unsure, describe the floor and the contamination, such as rubber marks, embedded mud or oil film, and we will propose a fill and density and can supply a sample before volume production.

Frequently asked questions
- Which grit should I choose?
- 46 grit is the coarser and more aggressive option; 60 grit is slightly finer. Both are intended for heavy cleaning on hard floors such as concrete.
- Can I use it on ceramic tile or wood?
- It is not recommended for wooden or ceramic tile floors in homes, because the abrasive filament can scratch delicate surfaces.
- Will it fit my machine?
- The plate and hub are made to your scrubber model. Send the brand, model and current brush diameter and we will match it.
