Description
A 4 inch (100 mm) wheel brush with red abrasive nylon filament on a 1/4 inch hex shank for quick fitting in power tools. It deburrs and finishes steel, aluminium, plastic and wood without throwing sparks, and its slim face reaches narrow areas. Grit can be specified from 36 to 1000.
Because the filament is nylon carrying abrasive grit, the brush does not spark, which matters near flammable materials and in areas where hot work is restricted. The hex shank fits impact drivers and quick-change chucks. Keep the tool below the rated maximum speed and let the filament tips do the work; heavy pressure only bends the filament and heats the workpiece.
For private-label or distribution orders, specify the grit, filament colour, shank style, packaging and quantity. We can also adjust the face width or fill density if you need a more aggressive or more flexible brush, and supply samples before a production run.
