The Elgin Whirlwind is a vacuum sweeper with one or two 32 in suction nozzles and an 11 in suction hose. A centrally mounted extension broom set at an 18 degree windrow angle feeds the nozzle, and 28 in or 36 in trailing-arm side brooms clean the curbs.
