Wafer or segment brooms build a sweeper's main broom out of individually replaceable disc segments stacked along a shaft, rather than one continuous cylinder — so a worn section can be swapped without discarding the whole broom. Our range includes a PP-and-steel-wire wafer broom available in flat or convoluted (wavy) construction for general road and forklift sweeping, and a Broce 10×32 in replacement wafer broom sized specifically for Broce's segment-style sweepers, available in PP, PP-and-wire, or all-wire fill depending on debris load (see our Broce cross-reference guide for matching segment dimensions on a Broce machine specifically). Built to order at our Yuantan factory cluster, segment width, count, and fill material can be configured to your machine's main broom assembly.
