Sisal Buffing Wheel

Our Sisal Buffing Wheel is built from natural sisal fibre, sitting at the gentlest end of the polishing and abrasive category — used with buffing compound for cut-stage metal polishing ahead of a final finishing pass, rather than for aggressive material removal the way a wire wheel or abrasive nylon brush is. Sisal's coarse, open fibre structure holds compound well and generates the friction needed for an effective cutting-and-coloring buff without the risk of gouging that a harder abrasive would carry on a soft polished surface. Built to order at our Yuantan factory cluster, ply count and wheel diameter can be configured to match your bench grinder or polishing lathe.
