Description
The Synthetic Fiber Foundation Brush is a flat-head makeup brush set with densely packed Taklon synthetic fiber in an aluminum ferrule on a wood handle. Taklon's smooth, non-porous filament doesn't absorb liquid or cream product the way natural hair does, so the brush picks up a consistent amount of foundation or concealer and buffs it into the skin in thin, even layers rather than streaking or soaking it up. The dense, flat profile lets the edge blend along the jawline and nose while the face of the head covers larger areas quickly. Being 100% synthetic, it is vegan and cruelty-free, and withstands regular washing without the fiber shedding or losing shape. Produced at our Yuantan factory cluster, fiber density, head shape, and ferrule finish can be configured for OEM and private-label cosmetics brands.
Densely packed Taklon synthetic fibre is the standard choice for liquid and cream foundation application because, unlike natural hair, it doesn't absorb product into the fibre core — every bit of foundation stays on the surface to be buffed into the skin rather than soaked up and wasted. This also makes Taklon brushes easier to clean and faster-drying than natural-hair equivalents.
Taklon is inherently vegan and cruelty-free, which has made it the default fibre choice across most modern foundation and liquid-product brushes, including private-label and OEM lines. Ferrule and handle finish can be customized for brand private-label orders.
