Description
A single-row twist-knot wheel for heavy weld cleaning and scale or rust removal, with a narrow knotted face that reaches into joints and hard-to-access areas. Listed size is 200 mm diameter with a 16 mm bore, filled with 0.5 mm carbon steel wire. Diameter, bore and wire grade can be changed to order.
A single row of knots keeps the wheel narrow, which is why this style is used for weld seams, fillets and corners where a wide wheel cannot reach. The twisted bundles cut aggressively through weld scale, paint, excess rubber and carbon. For broad flat areas a double-row or crimped wheel covers ground faster.
Send the diameter, bore, wire material and gauge, and the machine type and speed when you ask for a quote. If you weld stainless, say so — a stainless-wire version avoids leaving carbon steel contamination. Include target volume and any packaging or labeling needs for distribution.
