Description
A replacement brush roller for flat glass washing machines, filled with elastic, acid- and alkali-resistant nylon. Lengths are made from 1 m to 5 m to match the washer width. Shafts are 45# round steel, or full stainless steel for sections in contact with water.
Glass washers typically use several pairs of rollers, with stiffer filament in the first wash section and softer fill near the rinse and dry stages. When ordering replacements, check whether each position used a steel or stainless shaft; stainless is worth the extra cost wherever the roller sits in water, because a rusting shaft can stain glass and damage bearings. Keep the bristle height consistent across pairs so the glass is pressed evenly.
For a quotation, send the washer model and width, the overall roller length, brush face length, diameter and both journal end details, ideally as a drawing. Tell us the glass thickness range and whether the line handles coated or Low-E glass, since that affects filament choice. Rollers are packed ten to a wooden case for sea shipment.
