Description

A shaftless spiral wound cylinder brush in copper-coated steel wire that slides directly onto your machine's shaft through a round or keyed bore. Lighter and cheaper to replace than a shafted roller, it is used on sheet and strip lines, pipe and profile treatment, deburring machines and wood graining. Bore 6–50 mm, diameter 20–300 mm and length 50–2000 mm are made to order.

Going shaftless reduces weight and inertia on the drive and means each replacement is just the brush body, since the shaft stays in the machine. Several short bodies can also be stacked to make a longer face or to vary wire grades across the width. Make sure the bore tolerance matches your shaft so the brush does not run eccentric.

To quote, we need the bore size and drive configuration (plain round, keyway or set-screw), overall diameter, working face length, wire diameter and trim length. Tell us the workpiece material and the finish required. Every unit is produced to your drawing or measured sample.
