Description
A strip brush wound outward into a spiral coil on a galvanized steel channel, forming a 300 mm diameter, 500 mm long cylinder of 0.3 mm white nylon with medium-hard action. It is used on fruit and vegetable processing lines, conveyor belt and chain cleaning, debris removal and product positioning. Bore size from 50 to 100 mm, bristle colour and an optional shaft are specified per order.
Spiral coil brushes are wound from a continuous metal-channel strip, so the coil pitch can be tight for a full brushing face or opened up to leave gaps for water and debris to escape. That makes them a common replacement roller on produce washers and conveyor cleaners. When fitting to an existing shaft, the bore is the critical number; this brush is offered with an inside diameter between 50 and 100 mm.
For a quote, send the shaft diameter, required outside diameter and face length, filament colour and hardness, and whether you need the brush fitted to a new shaft with keyways or end journals. For food contact, state the filament grade required so it can be confirmed before production.
