Solar Panel Cleaning Roller

Solar panel cleaning rollers use soft nylon fill specifically because the job is lifting dust off a glass or polymer panel surface without scratching the anti-reflective coating — too stiff a fill actually reduces panel output by scuffing the surface it's meant to clean. Our range includes a soft Nylon PA66 spiral roller (900 mm standard length, also available in 110×903, 150×903, and 150×1200 mm, with fine 0.15–0.20 mm filament) and a scratch-proof Nylon-66 roller (90 cm length, 170 mm outer diameter), both built for robotic or water-fed panel-washing systems. Roller length and diameter are matched to the washing machine or robot it's fitted to rather than sold as one universal size. Produced at our Yuantan factory cluster, fill softness, filament diameter, and shaft length can be configured to your specific cleaning system.
